Our BIPOC-led teams offer specific, institution-focused assessments to identify the most effective strategies for moving forward. The audit process is conducted over an (8) eight-week long period and includes a deep dive into everything that makes up your organization: finances, marketing, policies, organizational structure, funders, and more.
At the end of the audit, your organization will receive a thorough report to help you understand where you are on your journey of becoming an antiracist organization and how you can move forward with recommendations to advance the organization’s diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and social justice efforts.
